SLC28-W5 // "Sheek Kebab".
Hello everyone this is me @isha-rehman I am very happy to take part in the Steemit Learning Challenge Season 28 – Week 5. I sincerely thanks @jimiaera02 for giving us such a great learning oportunity. Through this chalenge we are learning different kebab recipes every week. This week recipe is Sheek Kebab Which is very tasty and easy to makes at home.
Sheek Kebab is popular dish made with chicken spices and vegetable. It has wonderful smell soft Texture and delicious Taste. It can be served as snack at dinner or for guests. Let me share my full Cooking proces step by step using my Own pictures.

I used simple and easily available ingredients. All ingredient screenshots are provided.
Step by Step Making Process
Step 1: Preparing the Chicken
First I washed the chicken breast Properly with clean Water cut it into Small cube then I place the Chicken in bowl. I add all the Spices ginger Paste garlic paste Soy Sauce Vinegar salt flour & Vorn flour.
This mixture gives good flavor and helps the kebabs stay soft and juicy.
Step 2: Marinating the Chicken
After mixing every thingd well I covering the bowl and left the Chicken to merinated for 15 minutes.
Marination is very important because it helps the chicken absorbing all the spices and improves taste.
Step 3: Cutting the Vegetables
While the chicken was marinating I prepareding the vegetable . I cut onion Capsicum and tomato into medium Size pieces . I use fresh Vegetable because fresh Vegetable give beter taste & Colors.

Step 4: Making the Skewers
Before using Wood stick I soak them in water so that woulds not burn while frying. Than I places vegetables and Chicken on the Stick one by One. I start with hards vegetables firsts then chicken Onion and Capsicum Again.
Step 5: Frying the Sheek Kebabs
I heat oil in a pan on medium flame. When the oil became hot I gently place the prepare Sheek Kebabs into the pan I fried them slowly and turn them again again Until they became golden brown on all side.
Final Presentation
Now my Sheek Kebabs are ready. I serving them with lemon slices Cucumber and fresh vegetables. The kebab was soft inside crispy outside and full of flavor. The smell of spices mades tham even more Delicious.
Previous Experience & Challenges
Yes I have made Sheek Kebabs before The main challenge I face is keeping the Chicken soft and make sure it cook evenly. Proper marination & medium flame Cooking help solved this problems.
