[수다쟁이 #982] 송년회 장소 물색 중
직원 송년회 장소를 물색 중입니다.
서귀포에서 65명의 전직원이 저녁을 먹을 장소를 찾기가 쉽지가 않네요.
멀지 않고 가장 적당한 장소는 서귀포 칼호텔인데... 직원들의 반응이 시원치 않습니다.
가격도 가격이지만, 65인분을 주문하면 음식이 계속 채워지는 것이 아니라 조금 먹다보면 음식이 바닥이 나고.. 추가 주문도 할 수 없고... 그리고 아무리 전망이 좋은 연회장이라고 하더라도 저녁이 되면 바다를 볼 수 없으니 우리만의 연회장을 사용한다는 것 말고는 좋은 점이 전혀 없다는 결론입니다.
그래서 호텔 담당자와도 상담을 했었으나, 결국 직원들의 의견을 취합해서, 근고기집으로 정했습니다. ㅎ
식당 하나를 저녁시간 통째로 빌렸습니다. ㅎ
이젠 남은 시간동안 경품도 준비하고, 전직원들과 함께 할 수 있는 레크레이션도 준비를 해야 합니다. ㅎ
작년에는 작아도 모든 직원들이 하나씩 받을 수 있는 선물을 준비했는데, 올해도 그렇게 해야 하나? 아니면 몇몇 사람들이 통큰 선물을 받을 수 있도록 준비를 해야 하나? 하는 고민입니다.
한해가 저물어 갑니다.
아직도 해야 할 일이 많은데 이것도 잘 지나야 한해가 잘 마무리 되는 것이겠죠?
