There is very much hipocrisy on this planet. This stems from the Unawareness that there is energy under our words. Not just words. A huge lack of mindfulness and empathy. Even though you say "sorry" is no excuse for bad behaviour, I find the cant much more annoying. There is no Heart-felt sorry because people are so irresponsible towards the importance of really feeling what we say.
