Here are the macros for the bowls above
LEFT (Sprouted brown rice cacao crisps) 🍫 150 calories, 33g carbs, 1.7g fat, 3.3g protein & 13.3g sugar
RIGHT (Oatmeal) 🥣 200 calories, 37g carbs, 3g fat, 6g protein & 12g sugar

Guess what?!?
Just because a food is deemed to be “healthy”, that doesn't mean always mean that it’s going to be low in calories.
Conversely, just because it’s lower in calories, that doesn’t mean that it’s full of the nutrients and macros that you need to remain healthy!

So what does this mean?
I’m not going to tell you what to eat.
I just want you to be aware of this.
If you find that you’re not losing weight, maybe look at the foods that you’re eating.
For examples, are you filling up on nuts, which are really calorie dense??? Even though they’re so good for you and it’s really awesome that you’re eating healthy foods, this can mean that you’re still going over how many calories you need to lose weight. .

I beleive brown rice bowl would be more diet than the cocoa one. Cause i have been having brown rice for 6 months and maintain a body weight lesser 2.5kg than before having white rice.

Yea you see on this table that brown rice is actually more nutritious...But all rice is brown. The white rice doesn't have husk

The last point you made really needs to be highlighted... For weight loss purposes the deemed healthiness of a certain food shouldn't really be factored into the equation. Total calories should be. A handful of nuts like you say is a "healthier" choice but they have more calories in them than a couple of Poptarts. Good post @andro9

thanks :)
