Day 94 Peak Fitness Levels

in #life7 years ago

I have set myself a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and will be using this account as a personal diary blog to write down my daily progress.

I both went for another moring run and a late night tennis session yesterday and I'm feeling in great shape. The difference between when I started 94 days ago and now is really noticable and I feel like I'm at the highest level of fitness I've ever been in my lifetime. I really want to keep this up and will continue these daily personal improvement posts after the 100 days are over setting some new personal challenges (mainy social and financial wise) while monitoring myself to continue this lifestyle of eating healthy and working out while also gaining some more muscles.

There is still a long road ahead though to reach what I want to achieve and I will continue to monitor myself through these daily blog posts on steemit after day 100 because I feel not that much is needed for me to switch back to being more lazy and eat less healthy. The next 7 days I will likely take it easy and do the bare minimum. Once day 101 hits I intend to take making money again much more serious and might include the progress in that regard in these posts.

This post will be upvoted by some upvote bots after 24 hours which should give everyone who showed support some extra curation rewards! This is the best way for me to convert all earned SBD into more Steem Power so I can continue to increase the support I'm able to give back on Steemit over time!

Thanks !

I’m doing intermittent fasting. I’ll see how it goes after about a month. I’m expecting big results this summer, especially since I’m putting 20 to 30 miles on my bike per week. I’m burning an extra 3000 calories just with biking.

Good luck coincussion, I can highly recommend making posts about your progress. it really made a huge difference to me at least when it came down to wroking out and eating healthy

You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:

The difference between when I started 94 days ago and now is really noticable and I feel like I'm at the highest level of fitness I've ever been in my lifetime.
It should be noticeable instead of noticable.
