I totally understand where you come from, I’m the same, just maybe not as extreme.

I tried going on an odd hour where I assumed wouldn’t be many other people, and even checked the reserved seats and there were only a few so I thought it would be really peaceful. Turns out the theater was maybe third of the way reserved. But all the seats around me were empty. It was a pretty good croud this time, though one man was snoring the latter half of the film 😅

As long us we have internet, we can be social on our own terms.
