HAVE YOU ANY PLANS OR GOALS FOR 2019. MAKING PLANS NOW TO FREE THE THINNER ME.
We are heading for a New Year 2019, what is your plans and what would you like 2019 to have in store for you. This is after the drunkenness with seeing in the New Year and the Banging hangover you will have on New Years day.
I will start with January the 2nd, I will be back on my diet plan with 2 back to back 500 calorie fasts, I have been a naughty girl over Christmas and probably will again celebrating the New Year in. On the 2nd and 3rd i will have stocked up the fridge with all my diet food, plenty of Fruit, Protein and Vegetables.
I have more celebrating to do on the 4th January, Hubby is 50 and its our 27th Wedding Anniversary.
We have decided to go out with our family to a public house in town, the same one we went to for Nichola's 21st, the drinks are reasonable plus you can order nice nibbles from the table using there app on your phone. That is as long as its not snowing, in that event we will be staying in ordering a take away.
Once all the celebrating is over with I will be back on plan with a goal for my 55th birthday in May. I want to be at my target weight, That will be another 3 stone off. I have already told my family what i want for my birthday..MONEY for a shopping trip as i will be needing lots of new clothes. I will need everything, taking all my old clothes to the charity shops then replacing them with much smaller ones, Can't Wait.
This was me 18 years old, 1st holiday abroad in Benidorm, I will be this weight again I will see my thinner self again. I will never see high heeled shoes again as my knackered knee won't let me, plus i doubt i will ever be seen in shorts again BUT i will at least fit into a size 12 again.

For me reaching dolphin is one of my most wanted goals for 2019 after that a have a few choices.
