Live to Be One Hundred

Our goal in life should be to enjoy the highest levels of health and energy possible. This requires that we eat the right foods and fewer of them. Its also requires that we get regular exercise and move every joints of our body every single day.

To enjoy superb physical health, we must get lots of rest and recreation. Above all, we must maintain a positive mental attitude in which we look for the good in every situation and remain determined to be completely positive person. We must obtain a self-discipline and willpower will give us payoffs that are far beyond the effort that you put in. By practicing self-discipline in our health habit, we can live longer and better than us ever imagined possible.

We must get a complete medical examination and asked the doctor for advice on how to enjoy superb level of physical health. Then follow the advice . Determined your ideal weight and set it as a goal. Decide on one specific action that we are going to take immediately to ensure that we live to age eigthy, ninety, and beyond.
