Does onion really stop hair loss?

Although we take care of our skin regularly, we often neglect to take care of our hair. As a result, various problems are created in the hair. I often suffer from various problems including dandruff, roughness, hair loss. Onion juice can reduce about 90 percent of all these hair problems. It contains some ingredients, which help to stop hair fall and grow.

Onions also have anti-inflammatory properties. Applying it in case of itchy scalp during hot season gives good benefits. Onion juice is useful even if the scalp is dry. Rules for using onion/juice to reduce hair loss:

_Strain the onion and extract the juice. Then mix three teaspoons of juice with two teaspoons of lemon juice. This mixture should be applied well at the roots of the hair.

_You can also mix 2 tablespoons of onion juice and half a tablespoon of honey together and apply it on your head.

You can mix 3 tablespoons of onion juice and 5 teaspoons of coconut oil with one teaspoon of lemon juice.

After applying any of these on the head, keep it for 20 minutes and wash it with shampoo.

Again, papaya juice can solve the problem of baldness. According to the survey, many people have benefited from this. Apply onion juice on the part where the hair has gone up. Apply twice a day. Only then will you get rid of the problem.

But many times applying onion juice reduces the risk of hair loss. Because, it contains a type of antioxidant, which reduces the level of hydrogen peroxide at the root of the hair. As a result, the risk of tooth decay is reduced.
