Awesome! I’m so glad you liked it. You know being a chef is one of the hardest and most under appreciated jobs I know of. It’s a real rhythm one must have in the kitchen. I guess a perk is you don’t have to interact with customers very much. Haha… yea, usually I’m Teflon but this whole idea that we all have to act, look, speak a certain way is nonsense to me. The beauty in the world is within the uniqueness of the individual. I’d like to see more people celebrating these differences rather than enforcing sameness.
