I'm extremely saddened by your story and certainly hope that you find the energy to keep being happy.
That being said, have you considered a ketogenic diet as a supplemental aid for therapy? I'm by no means a specialist but if a family member or myself was in your position I would certainly look into it : https://www.charliefoundation.org/ketogenic-therapy/therapies-2/brain-tumor-cancer.
