Saint John Church, a small but fascinating church, in Bangkok

Even though I am a Buddhist, I like to admire the Catholic churches when I travel here and there. But, I haven’t visited any churches before. A few days ago, I had a good opportunity to visit a small but fascinating church near my brother’s condominium.

Its cross-tower looks outstanding and can be seen from the condominium. It can attract my eyes every time I go to the condominium. So, that day, I followed my heart, visiting the church.

This was the first time that I went inside the church so I felt so excited and really happy to see many interesting things there.

Saint John Church is considered another place with beautiful architecture.

And the beauty of the paintings on the walls of the building of the church caught my eyes.

There are awesome statues, lovely decorations and gorgeous orchids around the area in the church.

There are three charming little ponds with colorful fish swimming gracefully.

It’s such a joy to witness their graceful movements.

So, I made 3 videos for these.

Although the church is situated next to the busy road in Bangkok city, it offers a warm welcoming sense of quiet and calm atmosphere.
