Introspection Time

I haven't turned on my lap top in almost a week.

It has vastly limited how much "work" I can do, which has been a challenge I had to set for myself, so I'd take a break.

When life feels non stop, and shit that needs doing keeps piling up, a lot of people (myself included) tend to feel like there's "no time to take a break". When it is usually is the most important time to take a break.

This week, I've been easing into feeling more comfortable with and surrending to the flow of life. Sometimes the lesson is to push through and fight through your adversities, but sometimes the lesson is just to slow (the fuck) down, look inwards, chill, have fun, spend time with loved ones and just be.

Truth is I know I've been avoiding slowing down so I don't have to truly face my problems and current traumas, and work on the processing and healing I know I need to.

As uncomfortable and unpleasant as the first few days were, my being is finally starting to reap the benefits of this very important time of introspection.

I've been watching certain movies that have ended up giving me the right messages and perspective.

I've been finding some awesome accounts to follow on Instagram, and coming across some incredibly in sync messages/advice (Instagram has been amazing for resources on self awareness, self healing and spiritual growth)

I've been getting some crazy ideas and inspiration for what to do with @weareunblocked, and really just with how I can give value to the world while having my financial needs met.

Still a lot more introspection to do. But for now, I wanted to share some of the amazing messages and reminders I've come across this last week.
