Somehow missed this reply and have just come across it now. Maybe because life is disrupted with all the snow here. What a kind offer you made too. I did buy one and have been learning fine via youtube videos on the basics. There are loads of them, to keep me going, but thanks anyway, much appreciated.

It is true I also realised there were lots of great videos out there. When I bought the Cajom though, that was not the case yet. I self taught myself Cajon by playing over some Maceo Parker Funk :-).
