I have to really focus and sink deeply into myself to manage even 2 mins. LOL. The 15 mins a day is something cone clearly works up to!! :) And there are sooo many times when one side is so constricted I can barely draw breath on that side. Not congestion or mucus, just constriction. LingOL at myself - in those moments one whole breath is a big step forward.
