Going out into nature
I love to be in nature. Going outside, experiencing nature through sight, taste, smell, sound, or relaxing among nature can help me heal and improve physical and mental health; i.e. reduce stress, reduce anxiety, and improve mood, etc.
By being in nature, I can let my mind wander, touch nature with my eyes and my heart and these can give my brain a break from busy life.
Going out into nature can improve my mood. I can soothe the natural fresh air, smelling the earth, the grass, the flowers, listening to the sound of birds and sound of the wind, etc. This is a good way for me to escape from the toxic air from the big city.
A lot of huge white clouds in the sky and these gorgeous white flowers can brighten my heart.
When coming back home, I can fully recharge my energy.
