Queen Sirikit Park, a small forest in a big city
Queen Sirikit Park is a small forest in a big city, like Bangkok. It’s well-known as the large green lung in the heart of the city.
Queen Sirikit Park has various kinds of beautiful flowers and many species of plants, as advised by my several posts. Today, I would like to introduce to you another interesting area that looks like a small forest with nice surroundings.
Before entering the area, you will see awesome sculptures of animals that presume living in the forest from small ones to the big ones; i.e. bees, elephants, tigers, deer, wild water buffalo, etc. There is useful and interesting information about these animals as well.
To enter the area, you have to walk on the small brick and wooden path that is very comfortable.
While walking in the small forest, you will feel cool surrounded by a lot of green trees.
The air is refreshing. It’s such a relaxing area.
