Spending time walking in nature happily

Getting outside to walk in nature among greenery boosts happiness to me and can open my eyes to something different from the things inside my house.

Even though I take the same route each day, I choose to focus on the changes that I encounter, no matter the sunlight, the smell or the sound, etc.

In nature, there are always some new things to be explored and I can learn some lessons from nature every time I go out. That’s why I always love to concentrate and appreciate every single simple thing in nature.

Not only on the ground, I also always look into the sky, no matter if it's clear blue sky or cloudy sky, it’s wonderful for me.

Apart from physical exercise, I think I can also exercise my mind very well; i.e. my mind is well meditated and the beauty of nature keeps me out from stress, etc.

How do you focus on nature or anything? I always have a million thoughts running in my mind that I'm not in observation mode by default.

I see a tree and think I didn't see it before. Although it's there for years.

Thanks so much for stopping by and for your nice comment. Your thoughts about nature or the tree are interesting. For me, when I see the same tree, I usually love to see its progress of growth; i.e. its flowers or fruits, etc.
