Pavlova Butterscotch and Passion Fruit / Pineapple

I've taken the above photo from a restaurant here in Singapore called Chopsuey Cafe (created by the same people from PS Cafe)

The definition below from Wikipedia :
Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. It is a meringue dessert with a crisp crust and soft, light inside, usually topped with fruit and whipped cream.
