Ending the suffering and pain bodies

in #philosophy7 years ago

Are you fed up with suffering or would you like some more? Anyone reading this content with interest has already suffered enough or you wouldn't be here. In a way your suffering has been wonderful because it has taken you to this point. I know I wouldn't write about what I do if I hadn't had dreadful suffering and pain. It's taken you here and now the message to you is furthering suffering is not necessary if you voluntarily step into the new state of consciousness. I want to tell people you don't have to wait and suffer more to experience this.

Your consciousness is already submerged and ready if you understand what I mean by you can choose to live in a state that is free of suffering. You can choose the state in which suffering and unhappiness does not arise. Not a state to which you close yourself off like "nothing can touch me anymore." If you close yourself in with a protective shell that means all the beautiful and good things can no longer touch you either. That is not what it is. It is a state of complete and aware openness. It is such an intense sense of presence that unhappiness does not know where to cling anymore. Unhappiness can only cling to a mentally made sense of self, the little "me", which moves continuously in past and future and continuously ignores the now.

There is a realization in the now that there is no problems and no unhappiness. The unhappy "me" that lives in the past and future dissolves as you become present. That is the message. We have always had this, but over time the mind began interfering- "What does it all mean? We need to understand more and categorize it!" It always happens-the mind tries to override the simplicity of it all.

Freedom from pain is possible now. First you understand how pain arises. It arises from not being present to this moment by running away, by fighting, and by denying internally what is. When you accept what is, a new state of consciousness immediately is present. You can't seperate acceptance of what is from the new state of thoughtless awareness. The whole mind stuff is merely resisting what is. That is the ground for its continuous existence. Do not resist what is so you can access the power of life.

Yet that may not free you of all the suffering and pain because humans have been in that state for many thousands of years. There is an energy of pain every human being inherits simply by the very factor that you are born into the human condition-the unenlightented, painful, human condition. When you're born into that, you as every other human, gets a share of the pain. Even when you are just born you are given that burden.

image.jpeg

This is not running away from the fact that in you lives an energy field of residue of past human pain - pain on a personal level, pain from your childhood - that leaves residue. Pain that is carried over from your childhood or beyond doesn't go away completely. It leaves pain in your energy field and well everything is energy. Then those energy fields get together because they feel they vibrate at the same frequency. So emotional pain turns into one mass of pain, contracted energy that's not flowing freely. It's another energy field of the pain body that humans carry. If you don't recognize that no matter how much spiritual practice you do, if you do not recognize how the pain body operates, it will trick you every time and only losing consciousness through it.

Bottom line: First we realize there is an energy field of pain that may manifest as terbulance, anger, heaviness, depression, and fear. Whatever way it manifests, it is not pleasant. It's painful, past pain reduced, but very much still alive. When a minor thing goes wrong or a thought comes in, it serves as a trigger and ends up arriving at a deep emotional pain. In that moment the pain body comes up out of its dormant state and is ready to feed on more pain. It feeds on thoughts. It will control your thinking, it rises into the mind which is your thought activity. You become aligned with the pain body. Then every thought becomes destructive. Be present and aware of what you are feeling. Allow stillness, recognize the pain body as it arises and let it dissolve.
You all have this in you!

Very well written as always @kristyyd!
When one is capable of reaching inner happiness, after a definitely long journey, only then they can enjoy all things in live.
Pain is inevitable, yet nothing last forever.
Simply said..Mindfulness is one of the key secrets of our existence!

Sir you're so wise it blows my mind 💜 I agree mindfulness is a key secret. My fellow enlightened one 😌💞 thank you dear!

This is a subject that feels close to home. I started struggling with depression and to top it up I found out I have scoliosis on a degree that causes me a lot of pain.
I started reading about the law of attraction, and didn't really get into it, then found other writers touching similar themes but it was Osho, through his talks transcribed that helped me the most. Meditation is everything for me, when I see the "mental clouds" start to show up or physical pain, it's just take a moment to observe it move on, just like staring at the sky.

Lovely post Kristyyd!

Omg did the universe just bring you to me. I have scoliosis too had surgery need more I know the pain sweetie my gosh 💜 Are you okay I was 49 degrees

I reached to 80 degrees while I was growing but now it has stabilized, I'm trying to avoid surgery because I should get fixed to the sacrum and the hips, long story short: I would lose a lot of mobility and when you start to think it will stay forever like this it gets hard to take the decision.

I have it. Do whatever you can to avoid surgery there's nothing I can do now. I'm so sorry I wish you nothing but the best 💜 Please keep me updated!

Thank you so much Kristy. I don't know a lot of people with a scoliosis as advanced as I have so it's always helpful to get to know other's experiences. I'm sorry that it didn't work for you and I wish you the best too.

Once someone said that suffering is a state of mind. I totally agree with this statement, as you know that whether a person suffers or not depends on his\her reaction to the specific situation. If a person takes it easy, then his\her pain will go.

I like your post. @kristyyd I have followed you

A famous philsopher once said if all there was to life was seeking pleasure and avoiding pain than you should be itching powder and a scratching stick. The point being we need these experiences. To reference the famous quote of Neitzche "what doesn't kill me makes me stronger" we need to battle through these tough spots and bathe in the accomplishment that follows.I have had a horrible 2 years and my consolation is that I am still here and still maintaining a stable existence.

It's refreshing to hear someone understanding what they're feeling 💜

U will make serious sense all the days of your life.
