The registry recorded 2,078 transactions with a combined value of AED 10,950,360,200 ($2,981,718,230).

Outside the top ten, the next strongest areas by value were Fahid Island, Ghantout, and Al Shamkhah.
Conclusion
June month-to-date activity stayed concentrated in the usual core islands and master-planned communities, with apartments and villas carrying most of the volume while selected land and mixed-use plots pushed some of the larger-ticket transactions.
