Photography or a image I feel often captures those treasured moments in ones life but I also find that just like the act of writing our collective pictures can also be an art-form. The beauty and meaning of photograph can be expressed and shared in many ways including "by not using any words".

While I do like photography I used to share images when I could that I captured day to day events, the feedback was mostly positive and I continued sharing these "Ulog type" photos.

Almost every picture as a story to tell, or at least that is what I have often been told by some of my regular followers when I first started sharing photos on here.
To those who have often said and expressed that to me I would have to agree with them.

Today 18/12/2022 I share this capture.

Due to my father having been down visiting us I wasn't around as much, so I was expecting perhaps on some days to have a post missing and delays on winners. However this as not been a problem as many of the original plans had to be cancelled due to the snow and the cold.

I believe my father decided to bolt out of here yesterday and on to a plane as fast as possible because he was not doing too well with the cold and snow.

When I got up this morning there was sunshine but that didn't motivate me to get up as much as I thought it would. Infact I was expecting to get up this morning feeling much more refreshed as I got to sleep in my own bed and not in the spare room.
But when I got up I still felt tired and definitely like I could of done with more sleep, I think this is because I'm still fighting away this cold that is trying to begin.

But I rather be a little tired during the day then be completely ill and so I will continue trying to make sure I go to sleep earlier.

I was originally starting work one hour later so I would of had that one hour in the morning for breakfast and to relax a bit but for whatever reason I was told two days ago to still come in for the normal time meaning I would lose that hour to chill.

The snow was still out there but for some reason there was a very large patch of snow missing in the grass, it looked kind of odd like someone must of cleared it which would be strange because nobody really walks on that bit, not only that but why do that instead of the pavement which was still covered in snow.
I know that last night there was some weirdo rolling around in the snow on that spot but surely that had no effect on the amount that vanished by this morning.

I made my way to work still being very careful not to fall on my ass especially in front of work "like my friend did" ouch lol.
No bones were broken getting in and when I got to work I was shocked by the sheer number of staff we had, I thought there was something going on or something.
But there really was no reason whatsoever to have that many staff in and it's because of stupid decisions like this why we will most likely close down next year.

There was also no reason for me to be in earlier or for the guy I work with to also be in earlier because there was barely anything for us to get done.
Not only that but the work we was set to get done for today came to us incredibly late, we still managed to get everything done but this was due to the whole team coming together and getting it finished if it wasn't for that it would of still been nearly completed but I don't think we would of finished it.

Still the only thing I cared about was to wake-up with hopefully no longer having that terrible headache or feeling sick, unlike yesterday where I still experienced some sickness today however was fine.

Like yesterday when in work I noticed it felt almost no different from being outside, it was a bit better today in general and I think some places actually warmed up better then others but this morning during the first hours it was like being outside.

From what I could tell for most of the day it rained and so after work as I made my way home there was the typical old slush left behind from the combination of the rain and snow.

It was still a little odd to arrive home and not seeing my father there but it's nice to get back into the routine of things.
He left a few sentimental things behind as usual but it's all things I already got.
If I can just get some more things a little bit back to normal I will be happy.

Anyway as for the picture I share today it's one of the neighbouring roads, a picture with some more cars that are almost completely covered in snow.
But this time a long with the cars we can actually also see some of the houses which look much better as they are beautifully covered in snow.
We can see that much of the green as lost it's leaves but this is mainly the trees from Autumn and not fault of the snow drop.
The bushes however still seem to be coping relatively well with the cold, regardless this image looks a lot like Christmas in my opinion with it's snow covered chimneys in the distance.
