So many so-called "weeds", I call them wildflowers are useful in some way to us. Nature provides everything we need.
I totally agree with you K - weed suggests something unwanted! I want all wildflowers haha
these below are not edible but still beautiful contributions to the garden that came up randomly and some would pull out as weeds. I love them all!
Hairy bittercress is delicious and have you tried Cleavers? Or catch grass as sometimes called.
