Dubai Real Estate Rental Snapshot
Date: 16th December 2025
Rental activity was strong with nearly 4,800 contracts signed. The market was dominated by high-value industrial and labor camp renewals, pulling the total value close to AED 2 billion. While new contracts made up less than half the total number, they accounted for the vast majority of the value, driven by major commercial and industrial leases. Residential contracts, however, led in sheer volume.
