General Market Review
A total of 4,349 real estate rental transactions were registered in Dubai on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, with a combined value of AED 1,646,135,323. Transactions were recorded across New and Renewed contracts, with Renewed contracts representing the higher number of registrations and total value.
Rental activity was observed across Free Hold and Non Free Hold properties, with Free Hold properties accounting for the higher aggregate value. Registrations were primarily concentrated in Residential usage, alongside Commercial, Industrial, Storage, and Other property uses. Transactions were recorded across Units, Villas, Buildings, Land, and Virtual Units.

Lease contracts were also recorded across 78 other active localities, contributing a combined value of AED 469,670,308. Among the next highest-value contributors were Al Qusais Industrial Fifth, Al Qusais Industrial First, Al Goze Industrial First, Al Goze Industrial Third, and Al Hebiah Fourth.
Conclusion
On Wednesday, 25 February 2026, Dubai’s rental market registered 4,349 transactions with a total value of AED 1.65 billion. Activity was recorded across all contract types, ownership structures, usage categories, property types, and localities.
Rental transactions were geographically concentrated in a limited number of high-value localities, while remaining activity was distributed across a broad set of other active areas, reflecting diversified participation across Dubai’s rental market on the reporting date.
