Market Review
During 15–16 February 2026, Dubai recorded 744 real estate sales transactions with a total registered value of AED 2,367,637,435. Transactions were recorded across Sales, Mortgage, and Gift registrations, covering off-plan and ready properties, free hold and non-free hold ownership types, and residential and commercial usage classifications.
