Dubai recorded 1,314 real estate sales transactions on 06 February 2026, with a total registered value of AED 4,631,128,422. Transactions included sales, mortgages, and gifts, spanning off-plan and ready properties across residential and commercial usage classifications.
The dataset includes a wide range of property types and localities. One high-value transaction — a mortgaged hotel asset on The World (Islands) — was recorded under residential usage in the registry data and represents the highest single transaction value for the day.
