On Thursday, 05 March 2026, the Dubai real estate registry recorded 779 transactions totaling AED 2,968,777,077.
Transactions included sales contracts, mortgages, and gifts across residential and commercial property categories, covering both ready and off-plan assets across multiple property types and localities.

Transactions were also recorded across 95 other active localities totaling AED 1,626,466,744, including areas such as BURJ KHALIFA, PALM JUMEIRAH, Zaabeel Second, DUBAI MARINA, and Madinat Al Mataar.
Conclusion
The Dubai real estate registry recorded 779 transactions valued at AED 2.97 billion on 05 March 2026 across multiple contract types, property categories, and ownership structures. Activity was recorded in both ready and off-plan segments and across residential and commercial property usage.
The transaction data also reflects activity across a wide range of property types including buildings, land parcels, and completed units, with registry records distributed across more than ninety localities throughout the emirate.
