SEC-S29W1: My Progressive Action (Russian Twist)

Hello everyone this is me @qasim-ummati .Warm a greetings to all Steemians and the fitnes enthosiests
I am delighted to participat in Seasion 29 Progressive Action Fitness Challenge organized by @ngoenyi and @marvinvelasquez. This challenge is an excillent opportonity to build disciplin consistancy and physical strength through graduel and improvement.

For these weeks challenge I selected Russian Twist as my fitness program. I chose the exercise because it as very effactive for strengtheing the core muscales improving balance and enhancing overall body control. It may look simple but it requires focus stamna and proper posture to perform correctly.

Workout Location

All my exarcise sessions weren is performed **outdoors in the public park surrounded by greenery and fresh air. exercising in nature gave me extra motevation and mental relaxation as clearly shown in my pactures for a each day.

Selected Days & Progressive Repetitions

I selected three days this week to complete my progressive action:

Day 1 Russian Twist (15 repetitions)
On the first day I started with a low number to prepare my core muscles. I maintained proper sitting posture lifted my feet slightly and twisted my torso carefully. The exercise felt challenging but manageable.

Day 2 Russian Twist (25 repetitions)
I increased my repetitions by 10. My body adapted better though I felt more tension in my abdominal muscles. My breathing was faster but I maintained control throughout the exercise.

Day 3 Russian Twist (35 repetitions)
On the third day I continued the progressive increase. This session tested my endurance and balance but I completed it successfully with determination and confidence.

My Experience

This progressive action method helped me stay consistent and focused. Russian twists significantly engaged my core muscles and improved my stability. I felt my muscle soreness which is a positive sign of muscle and actevation and gruth. I am fully motivateion to contine this routine for the remaning weeks of the challenge.

In general terms, I think you executed the movements well; however, the number of repetitions performed does not match those shown in the video. You should be careful with that when presenting the post.

You put the videos in sequence as day 1, day 3 and day 2, you need to be organized with that.
