"SEC-S29W4:My Progressive Action (dumbbell sit-up)"

Today I will participate in a challenge of @marvinvelasquez & @ngoenyi in week-04 of Steemit challenge 29. The name of the challenge is SEC-S29W4: Progressive Action Fitness Challenge. I am very happy to participate in the fitness challenge. I hope everyone will like my writing.

In the third week, I completed 42 dumbbell sit-ups. From today, I will start doing dumbbell sit-ups in the fourth week. This week, I will increase the dumbbell sit-ups by five times. On the tenth day of the third week, I will do 42+5=47 dumbbell sit-ups. I have been increasing the number of dumbbell sit-ups consistently since the beginning, according to the rules of the challenge.

Experience with Dumbbell Sit-ups on Day 10: I have noticed significant changes in my body over the past three weeks from this exercise. My heart rate and breathing rate are normal, as they were before doing dumbbell sit-ups. Today I will do 47 dumbbell sit-ups, so I will do the sit-ups normally because it will take more time. If I do dumbbell sit-ups at a fast pace, I may experience problems like dizziness. After completing the exercise, my breathing and heart rate increased for some time. After I finish the exercise, my breathing and heart rate return to normal after I rest for ten minutes.
My body fitness is improving due to exercising every week. To be honest, I didn't exercise before because of shame, even though I wanted to. But now that I've been exercising for three weeks and seeing the improvement in my body fitness, it seems like I have to do more exercises all the time. I would like to thank the Steemitblog team and Challenge Fitness Trainers for creating my exercise habit.

Today I will start the dumbbell sit-ups on the eleventh day of the fourth week. Today, on my eleventh day, I will do 47+5=52 dumbbell sit-ups. I start the dumbbell sit-ups as usual. I start my work every morning when I reach the office and complete the exercise during my break.

At the beginning of the exercise, my breathing and heart rate are normal. I will exercise for a long time, so I start doing dumbbell sit-ups at a normal pace. If you see my dumbbell sit-ups, you will understand that I no longer have a problem bending my waist and stomach. The exercise is very beneficial for my body. When I finish doing 52 dumbbell sit-ups, my breathing and heart rate increase. After I rest for some time, my breathing becomes normal. Today, I still increased the dumbbell sit-ups by five times compared to the previous day, as per the conditions of the challenge.

Today is the twelfth day of doing five dumbbell sit-ups every day. The challenge is getting harder for me as the days go by. Today I will increase the number of dumbbell sit-ups to five from the eleventh day. Today I will have to do 52+5=57 dumbbell sit-ups. At the beginning of the exercise, my breathing and heart rate are normal. Today I will exercise while fasting.

I started doing dumbbell sit-ups every day. My waist and stomach areas became normal due to the exercise, so it didn't hurt much. However, after I did the dumbbell sit-ups forty times, my body started sweating a little. My breathing and heart rate started increasing. After finishing the exercise, I rested for some time. My breathing and heart rate became normal. Although the dumbbell sit-ups seem easy, it becomes a little difficult after thirty or forty times of doing the squats. As per the conditions of the challenge, I have increased the dumbbell sit-ups five times today compared to the eleventh day. I am ready to take on next week's challenge.
