I love kombucha! But can't find a scoby here! Think I might have to take one from Europe when we go visit friends and family at the end of summer.

You will get a new baby with every brew, that you can sell or give away, use loose tea, I use green tea with Jasmine flowers for the caffeine, you will also need PH papers, paper is best....happy brewing :)
