So today I will show you some beautiful and tasty pictures. In today’s pictures there are khichuri, chicken, eggs, different kinds of salad items, and chicken biryani. ‎The easy and delicious method of cooking chicken biryani is given below 👇

‎🍗 Ingredients:

‎Chicken – 1 kg

‎Basmati rice – 500 grams

‎Onion – 4–5 (chopped)

‎Ginger paste – 1 tablespoon

‎Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon

‎Yogurt – 1 cup

‎Oil/Ghee – as needed

‎Salt – to taste

‎Chili powder – 1 teaspoon

‎Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon

‎Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves) – a little

‎Bay leaf – 2 pieces

‎Potato – 3–4 (optional)

‎Green chili – 4–5

‎Kewra water/Rose water – a little

‎🍳 Cooking method:

‎1. Marinate the chicken:
‎Mix chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, chili powder, and turmeric. Keep it for 30 minutes.


‎2. Boil the rice:
‎Boil rice in salted water until 70–80% cooked, then drain the water.


‎3. Cook the chicken:
‎Fry onions in oil, then add the marinated chicken and cook well. Add potatoes if you want.


‎4. Dum process:
‎In a pot, place the chicken at the bottom and rice on top. Add green chili, whole spices, and kewra water.
‎Cover and cook on low heat for 20–25 minutes.
