Another run, much better time and felt great.
Got another run in, this one felt much better. Most likely had to do with the two mile walk I did before the run with a family so I might have been more loose in limber. As you can see I dropped my time significantly. Well my first mile was nine minutes 16 seconds, I then drop down to eight and a half minute miles for the next two and I finished at a slightly slow advice of 8:45. I got close to three and a half miles in my 30 minutes of running time. I tried to alternate between running for a set distance and then running for a set time and seeing what I can do with them those parameters. I hope to start incorporating more sprints and track workout this spring to see if that can also help my overall fitness
