Yeah, I know my fitness has dropped quite a bit just doing every day stuff.
There was a time when I rode a push bike daily and had an abundance of energy. Up until a year or so ago, I used to do so much more walking than I do these days and lately I've really noticed how much I can feel the effect of lack of exercise.
It's also really noticeable on stage too, it can take a lot longer to recover after a show.
You have to be fit to keep that up for a couple of hours.
Most people have no idea how much energy goes into putting on a live show.
That's part of the magic I guess, making it look easy.

I'm getting more exercise generally now, but I feel I need the running to make my heart really work.
I was watching Dave Grohl run around the stage at Glastonbury last night (on TV). He must stay pretty fit to keep that up for a couple of hours.
