10k great effort - looking at your time i imagine i would run that in more or less the same time. I might have to go for a run although i do get to run up and down a basketball twice a week. Running is good to clear the mind and brainstorm i find.
Keep on running. I did try several times to run but I miss the fun so I don't get to improve. I hope you find something that motivates us go the extra mile. Run run :)
Great stuff.
It's time I follow your lead I think.
Feeling fit is a great feeling. I miss it.
I feel encouraged by your posts to start doing the same.
Rock on @steevc!
Yeah, I know my fitness has dropped quite a bit just doing every day stuff.
There was a time when I rode a push bike daily and had an abundance of energy. Up until a year or so ago, I used to do so much more walking than I do these days and lately I've really noticed how much I can feel the effect of lack of exercise.
It's also really noticeable on stage too, it can take a lot longer to recover after a show.
You have to be fit to keep that up for a couple of hours.
Most people have no idea how much energy goes into putting on a live show.
That's part of the magic I guess, making it look easy.
Wow, great! 10 km are a long distance! Me and my hubby have been walking every day for 4-5 km, but it's very hot here and I can't think about to run ^_^
I had some beer on Friday night, but not much as I had to drive. Each of us should do what we can to stay healthy. I don't expect a 6-pack any time soon
Good for you my friend! Keep it up!
I've been swimming every day for the past few weeks because it's so hot here! 35° or so every day!
It's got cooler here now. Under 20C so far today, so comfortable for running. Stay cool!

I listen to podcasts when I run, but sometimes I just zone out. I'm happy to have nice places to run with not too much traffic around
Good pacing and nice distance too :)
Great to see you doing well! @shazza is another steemian I see posting a lot about running, should check each others posts out :)

Cheers. I have to motivate myself to get out. At least the weather is good for it now. Not fun when it's raining hard

Go for it! I feel better for it, even if it can hurt afterwards

I'm getting more exercise generally now, but I feel I need the running to make my heart really work.
I was watching Dave Grohl run around the stage at Glastonbury last night (on TV). He must stay pretty fit to keep that up for a couple of hours.

Hmm.. i'm not sure but i think you'r faster than me right now.
Damn, nonono i'm not losing to you! (getting prepared to beat your record!)
Please beat me! I don't mind. My best 10km time was under 53 minutes in a race. I've not been near that in a while.
Keep your body healthy !

It's nice a cool here today. Just right for running. We should each do what we can to stay healthy.
I envy you genetic wonders who have beers here and there and can run for so long

The day after I always feel as even one beer throws me off my healthy course and it takes over a week to get back
I don't believe in depriving myself of some pleasures. I don't drink a massive amount and I think it balances out.
