The Retarded Scammer always carried a sack of potatoes to watch for 10 minutes every morning. This could be considered a fairly unusual activity, to my neighbour, but not to the Scammer, who thinks it would be fun. Who would have thought, a sack of potatoes would be the item that was opted for.
