  • By keeping in mind few things you can make a perfect bread i.e measure ingredients accurately, proper kneading, resting the dough until it doubles (not time), stretching dough well can give you 90% better results.

  • you made bread in a very good way ,you presented, dinner bread in your post very well. All steps with respective images are give in your post.

  • You mentioned the prices of all ingredients in your local currency and steem as well.
