Greetings, dear estimators. How are you all? I have come to discuss the competition on the last day of the season, so let’s get to the main point.
Welcome to Week 4 of the Estimator Challenge Season 31. This week, I will discuss the technique of making bread, how to prepare bread, and create the filling. I am very pleased to participate in this competition on the last day.
I will be sharing the recipe for Chicken Stuffed Bread.
Filling Preparation:

First, I will take a piece of chicken meat weighing 200 grams and mince it, then chop some onions and green chilies. For marinating the meat, I will use ground white and black pepper, one teaspoon of garlic, and half of the minced meat. I will also take one teaspoon of coriander powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder, dried red chili powder, ground black pepper, Garam masala, and salt to taste.

Step 1:
First, I put some oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, I will fry chopped onions and green chilies for 3 minutes, then add the minced meat and fry for another three minutes. After that, I will add one cup of sifted cornstarch. I will cover it and cook for 5 minutes before transferring it to a bowl.
For Bread Preparation:

Step 2:
First, I will take three cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of yeast, half a cup of powdered milk, salt to taste, sugar to taste, 2 teaspoons of white oil, and warm water to knead a dough well. It needs to be kneaded thoroughly so that everything is mixed. I will oil the top of the dough and let it rest covered for 30 minutes.
Step 3:
After 30 minutes, the dough has risen. I will divide it into four parts. Then I will roll each part into a long shape, place the meat filling inside, seal it, and cut the remaining parts with a knife. I will press the cut parts on top. I will make a total of four pieces this way.
Step 4:
I will brush oil in a steel dish, then arrange the four pieces together to make a bun. I will brush some white sesame seeds and egg yolk on top. I will place a pot on the stove, put a steel plate inside, then place the dish on top, cover it, and wait for 30 minutes.
