These are things that are very hard for me to deal with. Feeling defeat before I can even take action.

You know what.. I wouldn’t normally promote my own post like ‘read this, read this’ but you might like Fork In The Road i did about 3 months ago about my own personal pharmaceutical demons. Reading that post by @wwe, I couldn’t help but be reminded of it.
I completely understand. When something sparks another it keeps the conversation going and realizations too. I love it! It creates a great circle and a lot of brainstorming too. I'm gonna go check out that post now :p
