Warmly Welcome to the Fifth week of Steemit Learning Challenge Season 28 . I would like to thank @steemitblog for giving me this honorable opportunity. The winter season has now started. Everyone wants to eat healthy food according to the season and warm their body against the cold.
In that course we will learn different recipes of soup that provides to us essential nutrients, warmth against cold , hydrate our body against the dry coldness, keep the body energetic and make our immune system strong by using ingredients like chicken, corn , veggies and lentils, pasta and mushrooms.Each recipe is designed to keep you cozy, healthy, and inspired throughout the chilly season
🫛 Vegetable Soup🍲
Vegetable soup is a comforting, nourishing dish that brings together the freshest garden produce in a warm, aromatic broth, making it a staple in kitchens worldwide; whether simmered slowly on the stovetop or prepared quickly in a pressure cooker, the soup’s vibrant colors—from bright orange carrots and deep green spinach to sweet red tomatoes—create a visual feast that mirrors its rich, layered flavors, while its versatility lets you tailor ingredients to seasonal availability, dietary preferences, or personal taste, turning a simple pot of vegetables into a hearty meal that warms the body and soul on any chilly day.
Ingredients and Condiments

| Cabbage (chopped) | 1/2cup |
| Carrot(chopped) | 1/2cup |
| Spring onion(chopped) | 1/2cup |
| Capsicum(chopped) | 1/2cup |
| Peas | 1/2cup |
| Salt | as per taste |
| Blackpepper | 1/2tsp |
| Butter | 1 tsp |
| Chicken cube(optional) | 1 |
| Soya sauce | 1tbsp |
| Vinegar | 1tbsp |
| Cornflour | 2tbsp |
| Garlic clove | 3 |
| Ginger | 1/2 inch piece |
- Take butter in pan and add chopped ginger garlic and sotey it for 2 minutes.

- Then add peas, chopped Cabbage, chopped spring onion, chopped Capsicum chopped Carrot in it anf sotey for 2 minutes. Then add spices in it and add 2 glass of water and chicken cube . Cover the lid and cook until all veggies get soft.

- Dissolve cornflour flour in half cup of water and pour it in soup,add soya sauce and vinegar to enhance its taste . Now cook it until desired consistency.
