Warmly Welcome to the Last week of Steemit Learning Challenge Season 28 . I would like to thank @steemitblog for giving me this honorable opportunity. The winter season has now started. Everyone wants to eat healthy food according to the season and warm their body against the cold.

In that course we will learn different recipes of soup that provides to us essential nutrients, warmth against cold , hydrate our body against the dry coldness, keep the body energetic and make our immune system strong by using ingredients like chicken, corn , veggies and lentils, pasta and mushrooms . Each recipe is designed to keep you cozy, healthy, and inspired throughout the chilly season

🍄 Mushroom Soup 🍲


Mushroom soup is especially powerful inside the winter season, as it affords warmth, comfort, and strong nutritional help for the frame in the course of cold weather. Mushrooms are wealthy in antioxidants, vitamins like B-complex and vitamin D, and immune-boosting compounds together with beta-glucans, which assist in beefing up the frame’s protection system in opposition to seasonal infections like colds and flu.

The hot, creamy texture of mushroom soup enables you to hold body warmth, improves digestion, and keeps you feeling complete and energised for longer hours. Moreover, its mild yet nourishing nature makes it easy to digest, helping average fitness and boosting immunity whilst the body desires more care in winter.



Ingredients and Condiments

Mushrooms1 small cup Mashrooms
Chicken fine chopped250g
Purple cabbage3-4 g optional
Celery's leaves `3-4 g
Chopped Onion¹ small
Chopped Garlic4-5 clove's
Salt¹tsp for taste
Paprika powder¹ tsp
Black & white pepper¹ tsp
Mixed Spices¹ tsp
Corn flour³ tsp
Chicken stock or chicken cube³ cup , ¹ cube
Milk¹ cup
Butter or olive oil² tsp

🧑🏻‍🍳 Making Process of Mashrooms Soup 🍄


Let's going to start make the process of Mushroom Soup for the last week. For this we will take cooking pot added in ² tsp butter or olive oil let it heat up then we will put in slices or chopped Mashrooms, chopped chicken , salt and garlic. We will saute it for 10 minutes until turns into golden color and until fragment.

Then we will add all spices and chopped herbs and continueslly stirred until fried well. Then we will it cook under the medium flame until they released water and soft.

If you have fresh chicken stock then you can add 5 cup of chicken stock , in that alternative you can add chicken stock cube and added 5 cup water. Let it boil well then we will add ¹ cup of fresh milk and cooked for more 5 minutes. Then we will take ³ tsp corn flour and mixed it half cup of water and added in the soup process. We will stirred it continuseally until the soup becomes thick and creamy texture. Then garnishing it with black pepper, fresh herbs and serve it hot , cozy and comfort bowl of Mashrooms Soup.
