I there! I'm really excited about this post. Rexxie is one of my favourite "old school" cards. I love the drawing and it can be really strong in some circumstances.

Card analysis

I think Rexxie is having a second youth with some new 'Inspiring' reward and untamed card released after beta.
The power of Rexxie is on its High melee attack and the trample ability. Infact, excluding Exploding Dwarf which is a really extreme card, Rexxie is the lowest-Mana 6-melee card in the game.

His weaknesses are clear to all who have used him:

• Shielded and/or armored opposite tanks.
• Fast-dodged opposite tank + Blind

Rexxie is an offensive tank who likes to RUN👟👟. If the first attack does not inflict serious damage to its opponent, bad things happening: its high health (up to 12) is not enough, because he is too much vulnerable as a tank. No shield, no void, no self heal --> Lots of fresh dinosaur meat available!

For the same opposite reasons, he results really strong against high health 'void' tanks:

Use cases

• Use as a all-round tank, trying to fill its defensive gaps with Lyanna Natura and some back monster: Woody Nymph is a godd choise, with both Strengthen and Tank Heal abilities. Also good (of course) is Spirit of the Forest, with Protect and Tank Heal (but high mana!)
• Extremize its brillant attacking skills, pumping up its melee attack with Daria Dragonscale and some 'inspire' monster: Orc Seargent and Brownie. If mana permit, better to add a faster arrow monster or a rust monster to remove a possible armor from the opposite tank.

In general I see him at ease in low-medium mana matches, where we often see monsters overused as haunted spirit or flesh golem. Rexxie eats them in one bite!

Best game modes are:

• Broken Arrow: probable to have a 'void' tank in front --> no shield, no armor.. LOL!
• Unprotected
• Rise of common, lost legendaries, taking sides: eliminates Lord ariantus, chain golem, and other legendary defensive tank really hard to overcome.

In an hypothetical game mode with 'only common' monsters, Rexxie would be first in class. 🤓

The match is really simple, I just applied the second rexxie use case (Rexxie + Inspire monsters in support) in a game mode were I was not expected to do so, and thanks to sporcerer I removed that 2 additional armors:

Before the match I didn't give breakfast to Rexxie and then I told him few motivational words: "do what you do best: ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK!"
