Automation of STEEM POWER retention ratio calculation

Hello, this is @joviansummer(witness: @jswit). I posted STEEM POWER retention ratio of witnesses a few times on a monthly basis so far. Below is the link to the last month's post:

STEEM POWER retention ratio of top 60 witnesses - 2025.12.31

The calculation is a bit tedious to do manually, so I have been working on automation of the whole process(retention ration calculation + post submission).

If everything goes smoothly, the retention ratio will be posted on every other Saturday, hopefully starting from 24th this month. I think bi-weekly update is enough, but feel free to write a comment if you have other opinions. Thanks!
