Kebab is one of the tasty dishes. Today I am sharing the process of making this delicious recipe, I hope everyone will like it.

Prepare the Tawa Kebab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures.

First I chopped the chicken into small pieces. This will make blending easier. Then I put the chicken in the blender jar. Then I blended it well.

I took the blended chicken in a bowl. Here I will mix all the ingredients. I added 2 teaspoons of ginger & garlic paste mix, 1 cup of chopped onion, half cup of chopped coriander leaves, salt as required, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of kebab spice, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, some amount of soybean oil and mixed all the ingredients very well.

In this step I added 2 teaspoons of cornflour. I cracked 1 egg. I also mixed these ingredients well.

I put a pan on the stove. Now I spread my kebab mixture nicely around the pan.

I put the stove on low heat. Then I poured some oil around the pan. This way the oil reached the pan well.

I turned it upside down and divided the big pieces of the kebab into small pieces to fry well. Then I continued to fry until it was brown and the inside of the kebab was well fried.

My kebab is fried. Now I will take it off the stove. I took the pieces of the kebab on a tissue paper to absorb the excess oil that was stuck inside the kebab.

What was your best feeling while making tawa kebab? What food would you feel comfortable serving tawa kebab with?

I was very excited while making tawa kebab. I had made kebab before. But this is the first time I have made it like this. So I was very interested. While mixing all the ingredients and frying, a beautiful flavor was coming out which made me hungry.

While making kebab, I was thinking about what it would taste good with. But when I just put it in my mouth, I was getting a lot of taste like this. So I ate it with 1 piece of onion, 1 piece of cucumber, 1 piece of raw chili and sauce. It tasted amazing to me. I hope I will make it like this in the future too.
