FOOD HIGHLIGHTS - My Tasty Delights
Growing up , I never knew the feeling of hunger...
I once asked my parents how people feel when they're hungry.
😂😂
I never like food that much...
I preferred snacks.
Till date...I cant really each much.
This is my food diary for the week, which I'll be showing you some of the delicious meals had this week and how they being prepared.
Not detailed procedures but just main tips.
So, let's get to it.
| Rice and Prawn Sauce | On Monday |

This was actually my first time having this .
My aunty was contemplating on what we'll eat as breakfast that Monday morning, since we've been having rice and stew almost every Monday morning. It needed a changed.
So, after all the thoughts , we came up with the idea.
We didn't know how it was going to turn out , but I trusted her.
We had raw eggs at home, fresh tomatoes and the rest of the condiments.
The Prawn Sauce is made with Fresh prawn , eggs(scrambled eggs) spring onions and carrot as the main ingredient.
Served with boiled rice.

This is a popular meal , many people know the s meal. But who took ours to the next level.
No your regular kind of stew.
This stew is usually served with boiled rice.
Main ingredients are Tomato paste , onion . We used both tye normal onion and spring onions.
The leafy part of the spring onion are those green leaves on the stew.
| Palm oil rice and ripe plantain | Wednesday |

Normal palm oil rice, prepared with palm oil, Crayfish, and maybe some vegetables.
But this one, I personally prepared it. So I tipped in some ripe plantain when it was almost ready.
I knew if I had included the plantains from the start, It would be no where to be found.
You can choose to make the plantains in small sizes or big sizes .
Depending on your preference.
| Okra soup and Garri | Thursday morning |

This okra soup was prepared with bony fish, one of the reasons why I should hate the soup.😂
It tastes really nice but the stress of trying to separate bones in your mouth while trying to swallow the bolt of garri is always tiring.

The soup is prepared with Okra , curry leaves , crayfish and the bony fish as the main ingredients.
Served with Garri.
Those are selected meals I ate this week. And I've brought it to share with y'all today.
You might not be able to prepare it yourself. But at least, you've learnt something.

میں جب اپ کی پوسٹ پڑ رہی تھی تو مجھے اندازہ ہو رہا تھا جیسے کہ اپ بنگلہ دیش سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں۔ مگر جب میں نے اپ کے ٹیگز دیکھے تو اندازہ ہوا کہ اپ نائجیریا سے ہیں ۔بنگلہ دیش کے لوگ بھی چاول اور مچھلی شوق سے کھاتے ہیں۔ اور ان کے کھانوں میں زیادہ تر چاول اور مچھلی نظر اتا ہے۔ اسی طرح اپ کے کھانوں میں بھی چاول اور مچھلی کا استعمال بہت زیادہ ہے۔ اور مجھے بہت حیرانی ہے کہ اپ لوگ چاول کھا کے بور نہیں ہوتے۔
Oh ..,...
We eat rice a lot ....
Probably because there are many ways to prepare them . And it easy to prepare.
