I added the flour and mixed again until it was thoroughly mixed.

Now it was time to mould the kebabs. I put some oil in my palms and moulded the potatoes mix into small balls. The oil made it easy to mould and non sticky.

After moulding, it was time to fry. I put oil in a fry pan and fried them until golden brown.

Have you ever made potato kebab? Write something about it.

I haven’t made potato kebabs before now. This was my first experience with making kebabs and I must say that I totally loved it. As a potato lover, I have fried different potato recipes but The ones we are learning in this challenge season is actually an eye opener and very delicious.

I shared the potato kebab with my sister and she really loved it. She was like wooow, this is so good. We should do it more often. Hahaha. Infact she finished almost every thing leaving small for me. She loves potatoes a lot.

While I was making it she was all over me questioning what I was doing. She was like what kind of food is this one? Are you going to eat this thing? Plenty questions and skepticism. When It was now ready, she was the one that ate more and was requesting for more. Hahhaha. So much drama because of the kebab. I was glad she loved it and I loved it too.
