To stay healthy, you have to grow and eat your own food.

Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Sri Lankan community. How are you all? I hope by the grace of Allah, you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. I pray to Allah that we may always be well.

Today I am here to write a post on health. Basically, we want to be healthy all the time and live long. To live long, we must produce our own food.

The most precious thing in this world is food. We manage our lives by consuming food. If we want to be healthy, then we must constantly consume balanced and adulterated food. Currently, a large amount of food grains are being produced all over our world. However, there are a lot of chemicals and adulterations inside every food.

Before producing wheat, rice or any food, chemicals are being used there. Chemicals are being used constantly to prevent any damage to the crop and to kill insects.

Moreover, we are using chemical pesticides in the production of various fruits and in the production of any product. All these pesticides are going into our stomachs through our crops and we are facing various problems.

Basically, if we want to survive from food chemicals, then we must prepare our own food ourselves. If we can produce and eat our own food, then there can be no better and stronger food in the world. Because almost all people in this world prepare their own food using pesticides and various types of fertilizers. As a result, food poisoning is entering our bodies and we are becoming infected with various diseases.

But we can create solutions to all these problems at home if we want. We can cultivate different types of vegetables ourselves.

Only some agricultural land is needed to cultivate vegetables. In addition, we have various empty spaces around our house. We can cultivate vegetables in all those empty spaces if we want. In addition to the courtyard of the house, we can cultivate different types of vegetables on the roof of the house and this can fulfill the vegetable needs of our family.

If we want, we can plant banana trees, gourd trees, bitter gourd trees and any vegetables in the courtyard of the house. We can make almost all types of cooking ingredients and vegetables at home. This will be healthy for us and its nutritional value will increase the immunity of our body.

Basically, we can use bananas as vegetables and we can also plant various fruit trees as fruits.

Fruits fulfill the vitamin needs of our body and increase immunity. So we can plant various types of trees including coconut, banana, watermelon, daub, pear, olive and others around the house. Basically, all these fruit trees will give us fruits and we can fulfill the vitamin needs by eating them and eliminate our lack of fruits.

In the current context, we all want to be healthy. To be healthy, we must consume pure fruits and vegetables. We must stay away from eating fruits and vegetables that use chemicals in food.

Let us always consume a balanced diet and keep ourselves healthy. The only way to keep ourselves healthy is to always produce food ourselves and consume it ourselves. The food we produce ourselves will definitely be able to give a good result for our body.

So if you and I want to be healthy, we must produce crops and consume them. We should always avoid chemicals and then we can stay healthy.
