In the past this wouldn't happen. The large accounts would be all over it with flags galore. And where are they now? Behind the SP boosting these scams, looking the other way.
About a dozen witnesses came out to flag at least.
Yep, the 'active' stake of the top 20 is less than 1 bot, sigh...
