You are correct regarding a middle class and getting one as soon as possible. If everyone was powering up this place would be healthy and there would be few worries. Engagement is key and wish more would do it. I look forward to the day where you don't see it as work but just pleasure. I am getting there but will still take time.
I enjoy some parts of it, others I dread. I love writing some things and others it is a little bit of a chore. But, this is what skill development is, not everything is going to feel god.
