My Friday has been going rather well with an early morning walk/run to start the day, so far i have covered 18K and i expect to get to 20K + for the day.

This morning we planted a couple of plants around the new Trellis we erected last weekend, once they grow a bit i think it will look quite good.

Since i am away for Father's day working in Melbourne my partner was asking me what i wanted, well she actually caught me on the ANBL store website this morning looking at more Basketball singlets.

She said she would buy me a couple for Fathers day which was pretty cool, so i got these two below.

They each cost $50 and are Looney tunes themed ones, the first one is a Melbourne United one which is handy since i will be in Melbourne for the next two weeks working.

The 2nd one is a Perth Wildcats Singlet, both are sized Medium instead of the Large ones i have been getting.

I have dropped around 10Kg over the past 3 months all down to not drinking any Alcohol.

For the rest of today i plan to wash a couple of cars and just relax, maybe another little walk after dinner tonight.
